Yes. In fact, More&Les said it. I responded to his claim that he was being chased. You aren’t very bright are you?

Do you not know the word arrest literally means “to stop?”

And they had no legal authority to arrest/stop/detain/hold him. Since they did not have the authority to perform a legal citizen’s arrest, then by default, they committed assault. Since they were armed, it is aggravated assault (though, I think the trucks could even be argued as well). Since aggravated assault is a felony and another person died during the commission of that felony, under Georgia law, that is murder.[/quote
They said they wanted to stop and talk to him. They didn’t say they wanted to stop and hold him. Big difference.

I’m just going by what they said, and what they said wasn’t that they intend to arrest him and hold him for authorities.

And no doubt trying to stop Arbery and then chasing him ( for how long we don’t know) and finally getting into a position that leads to the altercation Iis on them, not Arbery.

Cite the law that says that. There is zero evidence of theft by Mr. Arbery, as you admitted.

This ends with them behind bars where they belong.

Maybe so, but it’ll be due to more evidence than that video. It shows nothing of the sort of nonsense the emotional on this board say it does.

Did I say that? I said there was zero evidence of theft on the video.

Can you read, Errerrerrwere? You seem to be misreading simple sentences.

He may have committed a misdemeanor trespass, that is neither grounds for a citizen arrest (or detainment) nor would it carry the death penalty

So, after he committed a crime; the neighbors have no right to question him? Confront him?

“Hey, I’m over here in this house being remodeled with my mother in law; we don’t own the property. Nothing to see. Thanks.”

“Oh. Ok. I didn’t know you guys were just having a ‘looksie.’ Go right ahead. Don’t mind us neighbors!”

Who said the video was the only evidence? But if you think that video helps the McDumbasses you might want to look into their current incarceration and ask yourself when that happened...

No, actually. If you post the Georgia law that says otherwise I'd be happy to admit my fault.

You seem oddly invested in this for someone who misunderstands the legal side of the incident. Have you by chance ever worked as a DA in Brunswick?

Again, they do not have the right to chase, detain and murder him.
