So, if I determine that the moron driving slow in the left lane is a protester then I am not liable if they get run off of the road when I pass them on the RHS?

go to a protest? Get run over.

If "protesting" in the middle of the street, yeah. Its called obstructing a city/state/fed highway and its illegal...but then again, you think the law doesn't apply to butthurt, ignorant, intolerant, bigoted, racist, pajama boy criminals.

hahahahahahahaha

That is stupid. I wish I could see how excited you were when you came up with this zinger.

The "right to protest" does not equal "the right to be heard" and it stops when you infringe on the rights of others.

That other comment about how "we were all set to protest if Trump ost but now we want to stop it any way possible" by the other guy was equally stupid. Nobody would be out in the middle of a freeway like a God damned idiot if Trump had lost. That has NEVER happened in a right wing protest.

I read about this law. It should be noted that it only, as I understood it, removes liability if there is not intent, i.e. an accident. It does not give drivers the right to purposely run over protestors.

Yeah, that's how I read it too. The bill doesn't allow drivers to just barrel through a line of protesters.

Seems like it's meant for situations when a driver is trying to reasonably navigate through a protest but someone is injured/killed in the process.

I'm envisioning a driver slowly proceeding through one of these crowds, and one of the protestors gets their foot run over while banging on the car windows.

It was a joke, albeit a lame one, not a zinger. You couldn't tell that because your heart is so full of hatred. You need to fall down on your knees and ask the Lord to cleanse your body of that hatred so that you can enjoy life again.

Just a couple of months ago when the poliboard thought Hillary was going to be president they were ready to march on Washington. Now they're ready to shut down protest by any means necessary.

bullshite.

Post a link to one thread that was about marching on Washington if Hillary won.

You snowflakes are just pissed because you made fools of yourselves when two weeks before the election you started to brag that it was all over and Hillary was going to win in a landslide.
