Uh oh... Text messages between the 16 year old who died and a family member (allegedly)

quote:

Family Member - "Why did they jump you?"

Nex - "They had been bullying me and my friends and I got tired of it so I poured some water on them and all 3 came after me."
LINK

Now IF this is true, that still doesn't justify 3 people beating someone to (allegedly) cause brain injury and death. There still need to be severe consequences if these 3 kids really did attack her and cause injury and/or death.

But it does change the narrative of "poor trans kid beat to death for nothing but their identity!"

I'm going to need to know a lot more about what this bullying entailed, how long it had been going on, what actions the school had taken or not taken, and what "pouring water on them" entailed.

Chicks using the term “non-binary” means that they’re so special that it can’t be captured with the idea of them liking boys. They’re extra special and you should learn that and recognize it.

This is a spot on definition actually

Why? There is not even a far fetched reason that would justify getting beat to death in a school bathroom because you looked or acted different. And standing up for oneself by pouring water on them? While not advisable as an effective retribution, dont we encourage standing up for ones self?

Society’s standards have fallen and it’s a crazy world we live in. I don’t agree with a lot of what’s going on in that regard. But love trumps all, caring and respect for all people, who are human beings and have a soul… that’s the most important thing. And for that poster to call that student a “freak” and show no compassion in a tragic situation like this, it really struck a nerve.
You have to ignore these folks. They are either trying to stir shite, or are emotionally stunted.

The violence is already out of control. The rulers have the conflict boiling at an all-time high. And it will get exponentially worse through the end of this election year into 2025.

By the deceased person's own admission, she was attacked because she poured water on them, not because she "looked or acted different."

*Assuming these text messages are legit. This is a very recent story and it's easy to fake text screenshots, so I'm not convinced yet.

If the exchange was previously verbal and the deceased person was the one to escalate it to a physical altercation by throwing water on the other people, she bears some responsibility for that in my personal, not legal, opinion. I haven't checked Oklahoma laws on this so that's just my personal opinion of a basic common sense understanding that if I throw water on someone, I'd expect them to physically retaliate. Still doesn't justify being beat to death, as I previously stated.

Parents lost their child. No amount of money can change that but hope they try. Load up the brinks.

Cute kid and it is sad. A lot of these are just phases. But it really does need to stop being encouraged by white liberal women.

So for the victim, there is a requirement to not escalate....but the assailants can escalate to the point of death? None of this happens if the bullies were not being assholes initially. 100% of the blame lies with them.

For girls it’s probably phases, with all their insecurities. For grown arse men, it’s fetishistic. For boys, who knows, probably just a combination of fetish and mental disorder.

If you claim non-binary, aren't you dividing the world into binary or non-binary, which is still binary?

do stand by this, if that human being had a dick, and was in the girls area,(or vice versa)then yes, confused or not, they are a freak. If you stop being an arse and learn what freak actually means, then you would know.

It was a girl in the girl's bathroom.

Victim of what? Bullying? Hence my question - what did the bullying entail?

If they said something to her - "Hey freaks" or some other insult - yes she is required not to escalate that verbal exchange into a physical one by throwing something/pouring water on them. If she is the one that "threw the first punch (water)," that still doesn't give the others license to escalate it to the point of death. As I previously said, for the third time now.

If the bullying was already physical or threatening physical harm, her throwing water on them is not escalating a verbal altercation to a physical one. Which brings us all the way back to my original statement, I need to know more about what exactly the bullying entailed.

Has nothing to do with black female culture.
If you judge that way, that means I can say mass shootings are white male culture.

Why are you so eager to blame this on Black people anyway? You’re from the south aren’t you?

It does look just a tad like you're putting in some effort trying to find justification for it.

By stating three times that even if she did pour water on them, it still doesn't justify them beating her to death? OK.
