Sorry but I am out on honoring our military any longer. I don't honor drag queens, and if they are going to be allowed to be in our fighting forces, I am not supporting it.
I can't believe I am even having to write this. What a bunch of fricktards there are running the government. They need to be run out of town on a rail.

Get mad at the politicians, not the grunts. The ones who get shot at (mostly) aren't the ones making these decisions.

If a tranny who can’t figure out what gender he/she is wants to go on the front lines and take a bullet or a missile for America, I’m honoring them. Their Godless lifestyle ceases to be an issue for me when they do that.

I was in the bar at Hotel Roanoke a few nights ago and shared drinks with a group of army recruiters. I jokingly asked them if they were gonna do the navy type recruitment. They all kind of chuckled, but did not want to say anything.

So you are basing your perception of the entire military on some ad campaign dreamed up by three people behind a desk in a DC marketing company?

I agree but it’s the forcing of their lifestyle on us and our children, that’s caused the divide. Nobody gives a crap if you want to dress like a weirdo, just don’t tell me that I have to like it.

Majority are non deployable because of all the meds they're on. If they can't deploy, they're just a drag (no pun intended) on the military

Going out of your way to “thank” some random person you see in public is dumb. Just because someone is in the military doesn’t make them a good person.
Honoring the members of the military as a whole on days like Armed Forces Day or Veterans Day is different though should be celebrated. Individual recognition (like LSU games) is fine too.

Not entirely no. It is based on the constant wokeness coming from the top brass at the pentagon. This is just the final straw that has made me decide that it is wrong to give blind honor to a group whose leaders will not perform their duties honorably.
I am not going to hate on the military, I am just not going to honor them without personal knowledge. Individually I most certainly will give honor and praise to those who are deserving.

You aren't thanking them for being a good person. That is not a prerequisite. I always thought it was awesome to support the military by thanking them for their service.

There have always been inter-service rivalries but things are going to get ugly behind closed doors.
The jokes are typically along the lines of army being a bunch of meatheads, the Navy being a bunch of h*m*s, and the Air Force just plain being an embarrassment.
At this point I think the Coast Guard is less a joke than the Navy between this crap and all the accidents caused by their guys not being able to sail the fricking boat.
