Not play by the D.C. Rules. Senate rules need to go bye bye like fillbuster, Cbo scoring, etc. trump should lay out some Ethics reforms for congress since they can't police themselves, like take away some pension benefits that are too gold plated. Where is the term limits bill? This is a PR battle and trump needs to lay down some markers to get congress to act.

Newt needs to be Speaker of the House. Talk about fireworks; he'd put the pressure on all concerned. Smartest guy up there when it comes to legislating, given the partisan dynamics.
