Higgins has been up for a long time. Let's be honest, these are terrible candidates. Higgins is bat shite crazy and a deadbeat. Angelle is a political operative who would shove a knife in his grandmother if it would get him another political job.

Angelle is not that bad, and Higgins is a dipshit TV clown.
But then, people in LA cried out for Orgeron, despite his terrible record, so I won't be surprised if Higgins wins. Not surprised, but a little depressed.
