On Fox & Friends First this morning.

Floyd municipal school board voted to make masks in schools optional for students and let students and parents make that decision.

Governor dissolves entire school board, effective immediately. Governor says the move is permanent, not a temporary suspension. School board will file suit today, seek TRO.

You know, I’m not even mad. I’m envious. I’m envious at how Democrats do whatever it takes, whatever they want, how they truly give no fricks. Meanwhile, Republicans will wring their hands, insist “we don’t do things that way,” etc.

When are Republicans going to fight like Democrats? It’s like the Democrats are using the forward pass and it’s 200-0 and Republicans are insisting on handoffs up the middle because “that’s the way we do things.”

Strange the governor has this power... is it an appointed board?

The unending mask fetishiization is one of the most bizarre phenomenons I’ve witnessed in my time on this earth.

Reps are apart of the same team. The only people not represented in Washington DC are the American people

I'm not sure of the laws or whether the governor has the right to disband the school board, but it seems like they are fighting back. What else would you have them do? Grab pitchforks and march on the gov mansion?

This is why RINO Cucks like HHTM hated Trump because he actually fought the left.

I was more speaking generally of Republicans as a whole, not specifically of this group.

What this really goes to show is that if we had a REAL PRESS/MEDIA in this country instead of the Joseph Goebbels' Propaganda Wing of the DNC, the Democrat Party would have died out more than 20 years ago. As soon as BillyJeff and sHitlary arrived on the scene, a real media would have made the entire Democrat party a complete f*cking LAUGHING STOCK.

I have a pretty good comparison I think:

Democrats = Viet Cong/NVA troops/people

Republicans= ARVN troops/ RVN people

That would work too.

Having seen 3/4 of NM, I don't think it would take too much to do it.

No, the board member interviewed on Fox & Friends First said they were elected.

Old joke... "Anyone want to buy a genuine ARVN rifle? Never shot, only dropped once!"

The relationship between Democrats and all aspects of media is analogous to the school principal having complete dominance of the intercom system.
There might well be student reps with opposing views but they have little or no voice to express their views on a broad scale.
And yes, the students/sheep represent the general public who are brainwashed daily via the liberal progressive communication media.

In a lot of states, the governor actually has the power to remove any elected state officials. In Alabama, i believe the exception is for county sheriffs.

Not familiar with NM law but if they are elected, then I highly doubt the governor has the ability to disband the board...

I know there was a push in AL awhile back to make the school board an appointed board... luckily voters defeated it... I can only imagine MeeMaw's appointments...
