LITIGATION BOMBSHELL — we sued the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), the censorship arm of DHS.

Our lawsuit unearthed new docs showing that the deep state knew the risks of mass mail voting in 2020 but censored these criticisms as “disinformation.”

• CISA knew that in-person voting did not increase the spread of COVID.
• CISA knew mail-in voting was less secure.
• CISA nevertheless supported policy changes to encourage unprecedented widespread mail-in voting.
• CISA formed the EIP to censor narratives relating to mail-in voting.
• CISA broadly monitored social media to detect unapproved “narratives” relating to mail-in voting and to confirm that platforms were adequately censoring them.

This makes no sense.

Why would the government care what people say about the most secure election in history?

Keep voting GOPe if you want to keep funding the CISA, fbi, and the new 87,000 armed irs agents.

CISA is not accurately describing risks which is my big issue here. They describe a risk that it takes longer to tabulate the mail-in ballots. That is not a risk it is a circumstance of the process, the risks are separate. There are multiple temporal related risks to this process the three big ones I have noted are below:

1. Races could be incorrectly called because there is no total count of ballots received that allows networks to call a race accurately based on statistical likelihood.

2. As there is no receipt of a mail-in vote received or unique identifier with proper metadata that is recorded upon the moment of receipt, it presents the opportunity for votes to be added late, outside of the require timeframe for mail in voting. There is a date stamp on the envelopes, but that still presents numerous areas for ballots to be added late.

3. Voters lose faith in the election process as it seems like vote appear out of thin air at the end if mail-in voting favors one candidate or party over another.

Edit: My concern is that this listing would be taken as the definitive list of risks. Honestly these risks listed are not hard to overcome and could easily be compensated. Unfortunately, there is no mention of the much larger risks that allow for voter fraud based on chain of custody and temporal based vulnerabilities in their process.

Currently it starts with a Mike and ends with Joe with a Schumer in between.

Good thing that Ron had formulated a plan to defeat this stuff and is now onboard with the Trump campaign, huh?

Well...no shite.

Jimmy Carter and James Baker came to the same conclusion in 2005.

I really hope other Republicans get on board and force Trump's hand.

I can't name anyone from the right, but I can say absolutely no-one from your side, GOPe, will.
They have had 30 years of campaigning on fixing things all "big government".
And 30 years of funding "big government".

No. Time introduces risk.

I have long proposed that each precinct needs to provide their total number of votes cast as of 15 minutes after their polls close. And the roll-up of those totals have to be provided at the state level within 30 minutes of polls closing.

As long as there are trans-conservative/fed voters like you, it will take awhile, but it will happen when the crash comes.

He knew where the swamp was located but did not know what all creatures resided there. Over the past 7 years most if not all have been identified. Its a lot easier to defeat the enemy if you know who the enemy is.

Serious question. Would/could they have to pre-count MIV, early voting, and absentee voting?

This really isn’t to troll. Didn’t Trump create CISA?
