Exactly. The imagery says China and Russia but the words from the administration are calling Americans the greatest threats.

A high quality hype video about a PSYOP for a PSYOP has to have a least one message hidden there.
The “we are everywhere” gives me the feeling of the opening scene of Quantum of Solace in which Mr. White reveals to M and James Bond, that M’s personal body guard is a double agent of Spectre by saying those exact words.
Maybe that’s a message for the black hats to infer about moles in spaces they assumed were secure. It could also be a reference to having more compromising information than preciously assumed.

Maybe the administration is working for China and Russia. Projection is their greatest strength. They most certainly seem to be implementing the most anti-American policies right in front of our eyes in terms of the southern border and supporting the Nazi's in Ukraine as examples.

That hypothesis makes more sense than anything else. It certainly can't be discounted.
What is a known fact that many in the Legislative and Executive branches are compromised. A California congressman was literally banging a Chinese spy and it seems like all of them are knee deep in Eastern European corruption.
