CA-03 is now projected as a win for Kevin Kiley.

There's some crazy hijinx going on this election cycle. In the cases of CA-03, CA-22, CA-27, CA-40, CA-41 and CA-45, the REPUBLICAN candidate's margin e-x-p-a-n-d-s with each new tranche of votes submitted. That seems quite unorthodox; maybe FRAUD?

DDHQ called that race for Kiley a week ago and Wasserman called it for Kiley 4 days ago

that race is already baked into DDHQ's 220 for the GOP House

Probably. So you're now in favor of election laws similar to Florida in California so we'd know the results within 3 hours of the polls closing?

the 3 races still awaiting call from DDHQ

CO-03 [Boebert (R - inc) leading through initial count, though within margin to trigger auto-recount which is underway]

CA-13 [Duarte (R) leading with 88.4% of vote counted... would be a flip if Duarte does end up winning.]

AK-AL [Peltola (D - inc) leading as we await results of ranked choice voting]

CA-13 was won by Biden 81% to 9% in 2020... but it got moved in redistricing and thus switched its political lean from dark blue (D+40) to competitive

if these 3 races stay as they are... the House will be 222-213... with the GOP flipping a net 10 seats

Alaska has apparently finished with the Ranked Choice tabulations

quote:

Decision Desk HQ @DecisionDeskHQ
Senator Lisa Murkowski (R) wins re-election to the U.S. Senate from Alaska.

#DecisionMade: 8:05pm EST

this was already factored into the GOP's 49 seats since the top 2 finishers in the race were both Republican

quote:

Decision Desk HQ @DecisionDeskHQ
Rep. Mary Peltola (D) wins re-election to the U.S. House in Alaska’s At-Large Congressional District.

#DecisionMade: 8:09pm EST

Current House score:

GOP: 220
DEM: 213
Uncalled: 2 (CO-03 & CA-13... both currently led by GOP candidates)

Dave Wasserman @Redistrict
I've seen enough: barring a tabulation error, John Duarte (R) defeats Adam Gray (D) in #CA13. That means the final House count will be 222R-213D, a mirror image of Dems' current majority.

Wasserman calling CO-03 for Boebert & CA-13 for Duarte to give the GOP a 222-213 advantage in the House

They're gonna steal CA13 and they're trying to figure out how to snub Boebert. Murkowski gave AK to the Dems with her wacky Ranked Choice scam. I think 220 is the number. None of these remaining close ones will go our way.
