That's just one of many symbols, both religious, political, etc... Used in the clip to imply that everything is a conspiracy. Strangely enough, I didn't see a rainbow, a black power fist, or a Coexist bumper sticker at all

When Dana Carvey did Skinheads From Maine in the mid-90s, it was a comedy bit on a show that was definitely quite a few years ahead of its time.
