Regardless, Sasse didn't go after Trump for calling out NBC, he went after him for his comment about challenging their licence. So since Sasse presents himself as a constitutional conservative, then that's an appropriate response for someone who values the constitution since that would be a concerning, if not illegal, infringement on the first amendment.
That's law and order.

At any rate, after reading that Vanity Fair Article on the president's apparent psychological unravelling, I do hope the media is blowing things out of proportion. I don't see how anyone in his reported state of mind can effectively lead or govern--which, of course, he hasn't proven capable of doing to date.
