I don’t know if you actually shop at a Scheels but they are the best sporting goods store to shop at. They kick Cabelas/Bass Pro’s asses.
I’m not just saying that because my son is on the management team either. They really make sure their employees know their shite.

This is true, they opened one in The Colony, TX. I went shopping for a hunting pack and the dude in that section knew everything about every pack and had excellent recommendations.

I agree completely with this statement. Plus, they sell actual brands and not just store brand knock-offs. Cabelas 15-20 years ago used to be pretty good with a lifetime warranty on a lot of products.

I couldn't recommend them and Omnia fishing enough if y'all are bass fishermen. They have tons of products, and Omnia sent me hand written notes with "God Bless" on each one. Not that I'm a super religious person, but it was refreshing

We have one near where I live. Never get over that way unless I'm passing through, though. I also liked their Thanksgiving commercial.
