they aren't investigating as a hate crime. I'm not putting a political spin on it. Until we know more about Torres, we can't say whether he specifically targeted this group of teens at 330am because they were teen girls and he wanted to rape one or if he was looking to kill a Muslim. I just thought I'd post the article. That's all
