Wow.

I usually don't agree with you, however to this point I always respected you to some degree.

You jumped the shark with that comment bud.

Sentrius, I expect more from you. WTF is this ??

Yep.

There really is no reason for an abortion at that point in the pregnancy if the mother's health is not an issue.
I don't have a problem with that. At that point in the pregnancy, only the mother's health should be considered for such an abortion.

If you can't decide by that point, oh well it's too late then
Of course. That point really isn't up for debate.

This debate is really about how much time should be allowed in that case. 20-22 weeks is more than enough as that's the halfway point of the pregnancy.

These responses are some of the weakest statements I have ever seen from you. You didn't explain why you believe this in a single one of your statements or why 24 weeks to long. You didn't say anything about the point of this law, when their isn't a single abortion clinic that does abortion over 16 weeks in the state. You didn't even comment on how Roe v Wade was wrong in anyway or the results of letting such legislation slide with no legal ground. Step it up bro

That is like the best way to argue people who get to emotional about a subject. You think the supreme court give any sh!ts about those pictures.

Since we are arguing semantics, how does 'partial birth' fit into your tidy definitions?

Good grief man. The fetus / baby / child is completely out of the birth canal save the head, with body and limbs moving and wiggling in the air before a sharp instrument is used to puncture the skull. There isn't even a part of you that thinks that is barbaric? And then you want to turn around and lecture us about things like socialized medicine?

You are coming off as just as much of a hack as some of the people on this board that you ridicule.

What if it's the rape of a minor who may be scared to admit what happened, resulting in the pregnancy not being known until after 20 weeks?

Killing a defenseless human being is surely the right thing to do in this situation.

the anti abortion crowd cant help themselves with comments like these. sorry man, abortion is here to stay, roe v wade and all. try to keep your arguments within the context of that.
another losing tactic is bringing up partial birth abortions. PBAs are heinous and not up for discussion here, this is about a fetus in the 20-24 week stage - a point where its not exactly viable.
if you want to have a reasonable discussion about abortion try to keep it within the parameters of the law being discussed. deflecting to these extremes just shows that you cant come up with a reasonable rebuttal as to why a rape/incest exception is a bad thing.
