He's certainly not a typical or "classical" Republican, but I'm not sure I'd classify him as this either, at least with regard to his governance to date.
When I think "RINO", I think of someone like Lindsey Graham.
Trump's really a different animal than that.

Never Trumpers assuming that Congress repubs can win a fight for the base of the GOP against POTUS is sorely and hilariously mistaken as far as policy fights go considering they have nothing to their name to take credit for.
