The cognitive dissonance of protecting the economy and protecting SS/Medicare is astounding

You don't understand. Defending entitlement spending is the conservative position.

Never Change SlowMo..

Trump isn't about entitlements, he is about honoring our agreement with the elderly.

Both sides can be addressed.

You simply want to box Trump in to your "I can only see it fixed this way" limited mindscape

Why so? The retired folks paid into SS and paid medicare taxes and were promised SS/Medicare when they retired. Those promises need to be honored.

It's going to take a lot more of these polls for y'all to cope with the BDR train that's coming y'all's way.

Keep posting them! We're all laughing at how y'all love polls now!

"I love polls," Trump said at a campaign rally in the fall of 2018. "Only when they're good. When they're not good, I don't talk about them."

The funny thing about this poll, is that it shows how soft everyone is. They believe Trump will do better on everything, but they're afraid to vote for him because he's mean. SMH

Tomato/tomato

That "agreement"

1. Doesn't exist.
2. Promotes a policy of entitlement.

Funny way of saying that I have consistent policy positions and am not a hypocrite

Because they have been preached to that the only way is "shut it down".

Just like they have been conditioned on "Free Trade". SlowMo will run from the effects of Free Trade with China every time because he can not wrap his mind around the damage done.

Not true.

They weren't promised shite. They paid for an entitlement program and ASSUMED they would have others pay for their entitlements when the time came.

Sorry that I like freedom.

I won't apologize for it, especially when it leads to advantageous trade (at the expense of your voting bloc, admittedly)

I agree. There is MUCH that could be cut besides SS/Medicare. Starting with all the funds being spent to feed those that are able to work and not working.

They have their own funding mechanism.

So cut one entitlement to support another one, because you may receive the "other one"?

Not hypocritical at all.
