He takes the radical Islamist to fricking school in a one-on-one debate. Savage
I am guessing his body will be found in a ditch within a week. His head will be found soon after.

I'm too ADD to read those subtitles and pay attention to their faces at the same time.

Lololololol, the guy he was arguing with was speechless.
When he said that is proves the Islamic system is flexible, he annoyed me. People are flexible, people change people's adapt. Words in a book or books do not flex. All the differences that we see in interpretations of religion are the result of man's ability to be flexible. This includes Muslims. When people constantly ask me how i can reconcile my opinion if Muslims with certain passages in their texts, this is how.
Books are great, we can learn a lot from them. They are not, however, the rigid guideposts of societies, no matter how conservative. That has always been true. Even ISIL cannot achieve that. Sure, they quote the books and use the more ridiculous aspects of Islam to justify their actions, but even ISIL falls short of their own standards by miles.
The evidence of this conclusion is all around us. Two Muslims of the same religious denomination can think and feel entirely differently from one another, despite the inflexibility of the texts they draw inspiration from.

That was probably the most intelligent thing I've read on this board in over a week.

I'm all for "moderates" rejecting the more violent portions of Islam but they are the radicals when compared to Muhammed and the history of their religion.

Love or hate, depending on which verses you emphasize over others. Same as any religious text.

Christianity does not teach one thing about hate. If everyone really did act as Jesus did then there would be no crime or violence in the world whatsoever. You can't say the same about Mohammed.

Wow. You are a sick frick.
quote:No you don't. You want your narrative confirmed, which is why you're talking the way you're talking. You hope he is murdered so your irrational view of Islam is confirmed.
I want this guy as the face and voice of Islam.
quote:^^^This narrative, I'm talking about.
It's just that Islam is become like Global Warming, unable to be challenged or criticized.
I am perfectly fine, and you are sick. You should change. Right now, you really suck.

He's a decent actor. He plays a straight man almost as well as you do...

I fricked your mom

Nah, my mom and I definitely agree you frick men...

I'm not sure what that has to do with you being into men...

I sure hope not. That seems to be your favorite subject. Not that there is anything wrong with that!

As far as I know he is. I don't see anything on google about him dying. I know he is a Kuwaiti activist

No you don't. You want your narrative confirmed,
What narrative does that support?
quote:What is my view of Islam that is irrational?
You hope he is murdered so your irrational view of Islam is confirmed.

^^^This narrative, I'm talking about.
That extremists in the Islamic faith have made criticism a capital offense?
Hmm. . .
Wonder what this guy would say about that:
Probably alot.
Or these guys:
Probably considerably less. . .
ANd hell, it happens in the good ole US of A, too.
Critic of Islam murdered after threats from website also used by British cleric
The narrative I want is one controlled by the moderate sects. The desire to root out and expunge radical elements is slow, but growing.
But let's not pretend that we are already past that, son. Nobody is that fricking naive.
