This whole situation is so pathetic. The fact that the Governor of Missouri has to activate the National Guard, and legitimate business owners in Ferguson have to board up their stores is a joke. It is shameful.

If only the protestors understood this

If I lived in STL, I would want a full auto AK47. I know its unamerican, but it needs less cleaning.

So are they just waiting until all of the kids get home from school and are going to announce at 5 or so?

That's my guess. All schools had to put a contingency plan in place with regards to the verdict coming out. Including having kids sleep at the school, etc.etc. and all sorts of other nonsense. So I wouldn't be surprised if they aren't going to push this verdict release back till about 5 PM.

and yet it is racist to suggest that there is something wrong with the "black community"

Missouri has to call in the national guard because they'll fricking riot over the fact that a thug was killed while trying to murder someone, and the victim won't stand trial for defending himself

As long as they shoot each other and burn down their own neighborhood, I have no problem. Set up a perimeter and let no one in or out till it snows a foot.

Blood in the streets in the town of New Haven
Blood stains the roofs and the palm trees of Venice
Blood in my love in the terrible summer
Bloody red sun of Phantastic L.A.
Blood screams her brain as they chop off her fingers
Blood will be born in the birth of a nation
Blood is the rose of mysterious union
There's blood in the streets, it's up to my ankles
Blood in the streets, it's up to my knee
Blood in the streets in the town of Chicago
Blood on the rise, it's following me

"I'd Love To Change The World"

Everywhere is freaks and hairies
Dykes and fairies, tell me where is sanity
Tax the rich, feed the poor
'Til there are no rich no more

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

Population keeps on breeding
Nation bleeding, still more feeding economy
Life is funny, skies are sunny
Bees make honey, who needs money, No none for me

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

Oh yeah!

World pollution, there's no solution
Institution, electrocution
Just black and white, rich or poor
Senators stop the war

I'd love to change the world
But I don't know what to do
So I'll leave it up to you

Then I let the alpine play
I was pumpin' new shite by NWA
It was "Gangster Gangster" at the top of the list
Then I played my own shite it went somethin' like this

Cruisin' down the street in my 6-fo'
Jockin' the bitches, slappin' the hoe's
I went to the park to get the scoop
Knuckle-heads out there cold shootin' some hoop

A car pulls up, who can it be?
It's the fresh El Camino rollin' Kilo G
He rolls down the window and he starts to say
It's all about makin' that G.T.A.

'Cuz the boyz in the hood are alwayz hard
Come talkin' that trash and we'll pull your card
Knowin' nothin' in life but to be legit
Don't quote me boy, I ain't said shite

The race baiters are waiting to cash in. Just look at the latest tweet from the Ferguson race celeb:

Why do birds suddenly appear, ev'ry time you are near?
Just like me, they long to be close to you.
Why do stars fall down from the sky, ev'ry time you walk by?
Just like me, they long to be close to you.

On the day that you were born the angels got together.
And decided to create a dream come true.
So, they sprinkled moon dust in your hair of gold,
And star-light in your eyes of blue.
That is why all the girls in town follow you all around.
Just like me, they long to be close to you...

So this is a networking event? Should we wear name tags? I'm assuming this is young career professional oriented.

The Justice Dept. civil rights portion of the investigation has to be just about finished by now. If so, that announcement should be made at the very same time as the Grand jury decision. (1) If Justice does decide to proceed against either the officer the Ferguson P.D. (or both), while the grand jury comes back with no true bill, simultaneously announcing the Justice decision could offset some of the intensity of the street reactions. (2) If Justice determines that no civil rights violations occurred, better to get both pieces of "bad news" for the protestors out there at one time and get it over with, even though the initial intensity of the reaction might be greater. Otherwise, the demonstrations will continue until Justice announces its decision and then re-intensify all over again.
