Even the UN report indicated Assad did NOT gas anyone in 2013.
Link? What I read said that their task was only to determine if Sarin had been used, not determine who used it.
Secondly, why believe the UN? Aren't they a bunch of globalists as well?

If you really give a flying frick, go google it. The UN report is out there.
And YES the UN is a globalist mouthpiece who wants Assad out. If even they let a report slip that let Assad off the hook, it has to make you think twice (not really, the youtube video forced everyone's hand).
You think obama wanted a war and just walked away after getting exactly what he wanted? You ever stop to think why obama decided to look a fool instead of follow up the clear threat he made days earlier? They wanted no part of directing attention at the completely botched false flag attack.

fricking deep state will stop at nothing to bait Trump into bad decisions

The deep state is where the attention and action to reform should be focused.

Assad says Syria chemical attack that killed dozens is 'fabrication'
Assad's remarks were issued more than a week after the sarin attack, and only after the US made it known obama's red-line was going to be enforced. Assad's silence until then was deafening.
Glad to help you out on that.

Everyone knows it was a joint Israeli/Saudi airstrike from their secret airbase in Jordan.
Get with the program folks.

Wait, we're taking ivory tower liberal professors seriously now?
I need some kind of play book to know when I can and can't believe educators, scientists and news outlets.

Probably why Trump should have waited for congressional approval
There is no requirement for such, and how effective would any strike be if POTUS had to get Congressional approval?
First they would obviously have to debate whether it benefitted them politically or not. Not giving one shite about the actual need for such action
Then, they would of course leak exactly what we were going to do long before we did it
I'll trust our military commanders to give POTUS the relevant information and for him to act appropriately, as the COTUS gives him the authority to do, over Congress any day.

Understanding this staged gas attack blamed on the Syrian government.
I guess it depends on your point of view. I have an agnostic acquaintance who loves to say that the four Gospels are not consistent, some stories are included in all four, most are not. The Nativity Story is only told in two of the Gospels and so on. To me that makes the divinity of Jesus less likely to be some sort of conspiracy. Same thing here. You say Assad said nothing for a week. Had it actually been a Syrian government attack he would have been hollering from the rooftops that it was not.

"The image Postol refers to is that of a crater containing a shell inside, which is said to have contained the sarin gas.
His analysis of the shell suggests that it could not have been dropped from an airplane as the damage of the casing is inconsistent from an aerial explosion. Instead, Postol said it was more likely that an explosive charge was laid upon the shell containing sarin, before being detonated."

He'd gotten away with it before.
In fact he acted exactly as one would expect had his forces conducted the attack. He acted exactly as he had previously.
As is yours, my initial suspicion was Assad could not have been this stupid. The facts simply suggest otherwise.

I did and I cannot find anything to back up your claim that the UN laid the 2013 sarin attack at the feet of anti-Assad forces. In fact it suggests that it likely came from Assad supporters, though they did not make a definitive claim.
So, seems you're incorrect.

U.N. has testimony that Syrian rebels used sarin gas: investigator
U.N. human rights investigators have gathered testimony from casualties of Syria's civil war and medical staff indicating that rebel forces have used the nerve agent sarin, one of the lead investigators said on Sunday.
The United Nations independent commission of inquiry on Syria has not yet seen evidence of government forces having used chemical weapons, which are banned under international law, said commission member Carla Del Ponte.
"Our investigators have been in neighboring countries interviewing victims, doctors and field hospitals and, according to their report of last week which I have seen, there are strong, concrete suspicions but not yet incontrovertible proof of the use of sarin gas, from the way the victims were treated," Del Ponte said in an interview with Swiss-Italian television.
"This was use on the part of the opposition, the rebels, not by the government authorities," she added, speaking in Italian."

Seems the kooks need to get their stories straight to better further their agenda.
Assad had little or no motivation to do this.

The USA's vaunted Intel Community spends so much time leaking and trying to undermine Trump that they no longer have any ability to do their actual jobs?
Keep voting Democrat, America!
We are almost there -- we almost have our very own Gestapo whose job it is to spy on We the People in order to protect our Globalist Rulers and destroy Outsiders.

You wanna talk about over analyzing something. The US has zero sympathy in the Middle East. The soldiers we train turn around and kill us. Even our alllies hate us. Yet we are supposed to believe that we got them to back a fake attack?

There was no benefit to him at all and using chemical weapons. If nothing else dictators are keenly aware of what benefits them
