I'm not trying to generalize, but why does it seem like the majority of people who dislike trump/conservatives have certain physical issues like obesity, ugly looks, and certain mental issues that convince them coloring their hair and getting plugs on their earlobes is a smart thing to do?

I'll take a guess. These people have low self esteem and are unhappy with their lives and instead of introspection or learning contentment, they want someone to blame. They are told they are special but don't feel that way, so they take a bully mentality of tearing down others to make themselves feel better. Since they are ruled by their emotions, they take on liberal values and attack those who take on conservative values.
