Republican President-elect Donald Trump is still on pace to win Michigan’s 16 electoral votes, but the state won’t certify the results until the end of this month.

Trump defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton by 13,107 votes, according to unofficial results from the Michigan Secretary of State’s Office. There is a small but unlikely possibility that enough votes could shift to give Clinton the lead as county clerks and canvassing boards double check their results and report them to the State Board of Canvassers.
“In every election, small vote shifts occur during the canvassing process but nothing to the degree of having a 13,000-vote margin overturned,” said Secretary of State Office spokesman Fred
County clerks need to certify their results by Nov. 21 and report them to the state by Nov. 22. The State Board of Canvassers, comprised of two Democratic and two Republican appointees, is scheduled to meet by Nov. 28 to canvass and certify the results.

How long will it take them to sift through illegal votes nationwide?

Reading between the lines it looks like it is going to take 6 more days to fill out 14k ballots for Hillary. Or they just haven't reached acceptance yet.

Word is that if Ohio State beats Michigan on the 26th. Trump gets their electoral votes, but if the Michigan wins then Clinton is going to claim them because it was her turn.

Matters also because myself and a friend have 25 euros riding on it, which pays 125 euros for the win.

Why does it matter? Those electoral votes won't win her the election.
