Cited case law in a brief that didn't exist. I'm guessing he had AI generate it and billed the client for it anyway. An order to show cause has been issued as to why he shouldn't be sanctioned. I wonder if Cohen will throw him under the bus and blame him for all his problems just like he has Trump.

I’m guessing he was too lazy to research it himself and either made shite up or told his staff to do it. And if it was the latter, he didn’t check their work.
