Looks like Michael Brown's mother's boyfriend should not have said, "Burn this bitch down!".

quote:

Officials want to talk to Louis Head about his comments as part of a broader investigation into the arson, vandalism and looting that followed the Nov. 24 grand jury announcement, St. Louis County Police spokesman Brian Schellman said. Twelve commercial buildings were destroyed by fire.

quote:

Video widely circulated after last week's grand jury announcement shows Brown's mother, Lesley McSpadden, on top of a car and breaking down as the decision blares over a stereo. Head, her husband, comforts her then yells angry comments, including "Burn this bitch down!"

Eh, do you know that it is a crime to incite a riot by uttering words that encourage people to riot if after you utter those words there is a riot?

The people whose stores were burned down don't think it's a horseshite crime.

It may usually be difficult to prosecute the crime of inciting a riot but in this case they have a video of Brown's stepfather urging people to "Burn the bitch down!" then after he uttered those words there was a riot where buildings were burnt down.

It could be argued that his words were a major contributing factor in causing the riot to occur at that time.

Why do you think it is a stupid law?

If someone utters words to incite people to riot and as a result people riot then why shouldn't that person be charged with inciting a riot?

He has prior felony convictions and a prison term. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see him arrested for inciting a riot. He is a POS.

Hannity was interviewing the Brown family attorney today (not Crump; the name was something like Michael Hardin). Anyway, Hannity asked him why the stepdad shouldn't be arrested and charged with inciting to riot. The attorney replied, "I don't think that would be wise." I have a feeling I knew what he meant.

Should the idiot be charged for inciting to riot? Of course, he should. But outside of the grand jury's verdict, how many things have we seen or heard that make any sense?

Besides, we would have another round of burning, looting, etc. They don't want any more of that?

My head is going to explode whenever that troublemaker little county state lawmaker from that district requests public funds to rebuild the area after the riots she played a part in bringing about destroyed it.

The riots were scripted three weeks prior to the bullshite announcement. Any person in their right mind knew that the cop wasn't going to face charges. The media is just as much to blame as the dumbass stepdad that set a great precedence for his deceased thug of a stepson. If the stepdad spent half as much emotion into teaching Brown that robbing a store and ignoring a police officer's orders and then charging a police officer, then the world would be a better place.

This whole ordeal was nothing but race baiting smoke and mirrors from the media to divert from the real crimes happening in front of our eyes. We as Americans don't stand for shite these days and let the people that depend on the tax paying citizens to turn a blind eye while they destruct everything our forefathers fought for. We have become a pathetic nation that will fall for anything, IMO.

Stepfather? Wouldn't one have to be married to be considered that?

Is he really a step dad. He never married Michael Brown's mother.
