Ask yourself if you are a company and see what they are doing to Trump, would you see his assets as collateral in this? You issue a policy with his buildings in Manhattan as collateral and then the city passes a law, or digs up some law and liberally applies it.

No entity or property associated with a fraudulent settlement can be used in the future for profit.

Think its "not Lawful", well look how far we have strayed from that to "get Trump".
