He's absolutely right. This is gonna happen with the proliferation of guns in this country. I'm not anti gun control by any means, but it's kinda naïve to not expect things like this aren't going to happen in a country of 330,000,000 people.

To me it seems that a segment of the population is perfectly content with others being struck down in a hale of bullets, so long as they can continue to have their birthright of shooting semi-automatic weapons.

All you had to type was that you're over emotional and don't really understand the issue.

No one in that thread said

quote:

Sandy Hook, while tragic, was just simply a case of "watering the tree of liberty" with the blood of the innocent to protect the rights of "free" people to have arms.

Just curious, is that a canned answer or did you generally draw that conclusion?

It is not a canned answer, their ignorance is displayed everyday.

This statement is both incorrect and emotional.

Also, it's "hail," in the context you intended.

Run along now, son.

Were others killed in a hale of bullets in vegas? Yes

Are members of the NRA content with the status quo in regards to gun ownership? Yes

what is your disconnect?

"Hail"? Indeed.

"Hale"? No.

Not sure. Link to a reputable poll?

Trying to figure out how someone as stupid as you remembers to breathe, let alone type.

Mystifying.

First, call your high school English teacher and ask her why she failed you as a teacher.

Second, tell me what law needs to be enacted that would have stopped this particular shooting.
