Seriously, imagine if a group of Russians showed up at say Berkely college and started screaming about how hateful Democracy was and then started hitting people in the head with various blunt objects while smashing windows and burning cars. Would you characterize THAT as terrorism?

Saying "Being Russian means being a terrorist" in the same scenario would be disingenuous.
