This just confirms that criminals are favored more than good sumaritans. The country is turning arse backwards.

Heard earlier today he bypassed the grand jury as they all ride the subway and are tired of seeing this crap happen... Fat Alvin knew he'd never get an indictment.

If you are going to charge him you better also charge the other two men as accessories who helped hold him down and subdue his arms.

He should be charged with manslaughter. His actions killed another person. That’s what manslaughter is. And when he goes to trial, the jury should find him not guilty. That’s how America should be.
