Majority of America is nothing like we see on Tv

The media is highlighting the lowest of the low on both sides 24/7 and it makes us look like this nation is on the brink of Civil War. I am willing to bet that majority of America looks nothing like this. We just want to work, spend time with our family and vacation on the beach with a cold one in hand. The media is 100 percent responsible for making these fricking losers on both sides seem credible.

Maybe not quite to that extreme, but every liberal I know is a diehard. None of my close friends are liberals, but people in my extended circle that I'm friends with on social media (people I've met socially, through organizations, parents of my kid's friends, etc.) will not give an inch in any discussion. Pretty much every one of them feels like Trump is Hitler, they are 100% right about everything, and if you disagree you are a racist piece of shite. Every. One.

I agree. I don't have cable/satalite, and I can honestly say I don't think about going out and destroying shite.

Very true. I honestly believe the majority of America judges others on character.
We may disagree on what defines a gender and what bathroom you should use. We may disagree on the privledges, or lack there of, that are associated with my skin color or sex. But by in large, we can disagree and still walk away respecting each other.
