Marcon. The other parties will endorse/rally around him to defeat Le Pen in the run-off. It happens all the time in French elections.

Le Pen wants to nationalize the banks and other industries. I'd be wary about voting for her even if she's the right choice on immigration.

Macron. In the 2002 French elections, Jean Marie Le Pen came in 2nd in the first round. In the runoff, he lost to Jacques Chirac, getting only 17.8% of the vote. While Marine Le Pen will certainly get a higher percentage of the vote, the other parties will unify to defeat her.

A lot of people here conveniently ignore Le Pen's other policies when voicing their support for her.
