That their temper tantrums mean jack shite.

the first response shows their issues

they talk about the Tea Party victories in 2010 without understanding why that movement worked

and that is that the Repug Party and Trump will overplay all you've posted in your OP and more - that the backlash from the American People will once and for all see them for what they are and vote them out into oblivion.

Remember - always tie everything Trump does and gets away with - with the Repug Party. They are joined at the hip.

Once the American People make that connection - the Repug Party is doomed.

how can they not see that this is exactly what just happened to the Dems?

They have delusions that people outside that board think like they do.

the weird/brilliant thing about Trump is he's still not a real REpublican

and the GOP was able to keep dissent against him going for some while supporting the party

so many Never Trumpers in districts that don't like Trump can still go back to their constituents and say "i fought him but we can't turn our back on the party" while some who live in districts that really support Trump can use the association. they're using the fractured nature of the conservative side to their advantage

the DEMs are still party-first and it hurts them in state/local elections b/c it affects their maneuverability. sure they can consolidate for the Presidential election, but in doing so they marginalize their moderates into untenable positions in districts and states across the country

why the DEMs rejected Ryan to stay with Pelosi is mind-numbing

Acceptance stage.

The tea party was truly organic. It was to protest Obama, but it was more about remaking the Republican party to match what the mainstream republican voter wanted and thought. They do not get that, they have printed signs 30 seconds after the SCOTUS pick is announced. That is not organic, it is all astroturf and they will not sustain it. I am already seeing the liberals on my Facebook feed crawl up into a fetal position and give up. I am confident most of them have blocked me at this point, it is glorious.
