Then why do you support Donald Trump?
He expressly stated during the election campaign that he was aware of these attempts to steal, and yet he did absolutely nothing to prevent it. In fact, his COVID policies directly contributed to the vote-by-mail fiasco that led to him losing in 2020.

About a month before Trump, he stated that we should play the game teh way the Democrats do. Mail in ballots, drop boxes, and ballot harvesting. Make the courts throw everyone out. Trump followed suit a month later.
Also, DeSantis may not have to worry. See the Youngkin affect. Republicans can win in certain states of Trump doesn't show up. Because like it or not, there are people that hate Trump that much they'd cut off their nose to spite their face. Hell, even Mickey Goldmill said he'd vote for DeSantis over Biden this time around, but not Trump. Even liberals would vote DeSantis. That's why they moved to Florida.

Thank goodness Trump showed up for Desantis in his initial gubernatorial primary. We wouldn’t even be talking about this right now because it would never have existed.
