Were not the same death knolls tolled for the GOP not even a decade ago? I would caution against exuberation in politics unless your enemies are literally destroyed, especially in this goddamn dog and pony show.

I agree with the sentiment, though. frick Democrats. Just wish it was someone other than Republicans beating them

I am enjoying now before the older generations and my parents generation -late 60's and early 70's die off.

The younger generations will make this nation a nation that only Lenin would be proud of.

I understand the other side of the pendulum all too well. I'm a lifelong Arkansas Razorbacks fan. If I've learned anything it's that life's too short and I'm too unlucky to not enjoy a good win.

That is the truth. What's unfortunate for the country is that the pendulum seldon swings in one direction or the other due to good ideas put forth by one of the parties.

The pendulum generally swings because the party in power fricks up royally. Then it swings back for the same reason. It's been our history.
