Remember also that WAY back in 2014 Kim Dotcom was insinuating then that Hillary would be taken down. He then said in 2015 that retribution was coming and Wikileaks had the evidence to take her down.
Kim Dotcom has known about the leaks for years. He has the recorded word over 3 years of him referencing the coming email dumps. There is zero reason not to take him at his word as he has been waiting for years to stick it to those pricks.
Finally he has his day and I bet he is enjoying every bit of it too. 3 years he has known about what was coming and there are still folks who believe he didn't have communications with the players involved with the emails? Come on folks. It takes a truly special kind of stupid to not realize Kim has been all over this shite longer than the Clintons even knew they were had, or the DNC for that matter.

I'm not taking a side on the Seth Rich / Muh Russians stuff; there's no real evidence either way.

It still baffles me why the left doesn't want to get to the bottom of one of their own killed by an act of gun violence.
Someone explain that to me. Irregardless of conspiracy theories, Hannity, Kim, 4chan, Russia, Bernie or any of the other players that left deflects to the fact remains that a DNC employee died at a violent death.
Don't y'all want this case solved?

Kim says he knows Seth Rich is who he was in contact with.
Kim said back in 2014 that he was going to be Hillary's worse nightmare in 2016.
In 2015 he states clearly that all that cash she is raising will be turned to ash.
He has been gloating for years over something we never thought would happen in our wildest dreams (until it did), and that is Hillary losing the election.
He later said in a tweet after the first email dump in July of 2016 that it was a series and couldn't wait for the final dump in November with a nice ;-).
My sense is that since he has been in knowledge of the email dumps for 3 years you would assume he was in talks with those apart of the dump.
And, he claims he can prove that it was Seth Rich. I have no reason to not believe him since he knew the Clinton email dump was coming.

My response is the same as if were JFK or Emmitt Till. What is stopping the authorities from carrying out a thorough investigation aimed at finding the criminal(s)? Sometimes justice becomes just us.
