So laws are bad. No wonder she is a making moves in the Dem Party.

Kamala Harris
? ?@SenKamalaHarris

Judge Gorsuch has consistently valued legalisms over real lives. I won't support his nomination. https://www.sfchronicle.com/opinion/openforum/article/Sen-Kamala-Harris-Why-I-cannot-support-Judge-11024088.php …

We're a nation of laws, not a nation of feels.

You truly do intend to make this a long 6 years. https://twitter.com/SenKamalaHarris/status/845268536671027201 …

A) She's wrong.
B) She's in Congress and can get busy fixing the legalism she disagrees with.

I'm so tried of stupid in DC.

That's disappointing. I expected better from her.

Why?

Everyone knew at some point she would go off the deep end. It is what today's Progs have to do.

Plus she has to feed her base.

She's smart. She was considered rising star here in California. I know she's a Dem, but I never thought of her as being stupid. Until now.

I actually read her full editorial. It's the typical liberal writing: chock full of references about civil rights, gay rights, and more civil rights. Then citing two cases where she disagreed with Gorsuch.

All I can say is it's totally out of character with the reputation she developed here in California. I am disappoint.

i got into an argument on FB this week with a DEM operative who was posting shite about the now infamous "trucker" case that Gorsuch dissented on. they really have no concept that many arguments (like the one Gorsuch used in that case) surrounding "legalisms" are actual pleas to Congress to, you know, write better laws. doctrines like Chevron just remove accountability and responsibility from the people who are actually elected to write laws, ceding an insane amount of power to unelected and publicly unaccountable bureaucrats

the fact that progs want tocreate even more federal power while fully removing the responsibility of writing good laws away from Congress is one of the scariest political realities that i stumble upon. think about this in the "big picture" for a bit

Understatement of the decade here - but we all know ridding DC of stupid would take a miracle. Make it happen Saint Donald.
