I don't care if his girlfriend is racist. I wouldn't care if his family, friends, and associates are racist. And neither should his employer.

In fact, I don't care that he is racist! He can support BLM or KKK. He can worship the black panthers, antifa, the Nazi party, Castro, etc! And as long as he breaks no laws or does this during work situations, his employers shouldn't either.
