Well they bus people in to vote 3-5 times, dead people vote and illegals.

Definitely not a majority, the votes are still being counted, so possibly not even a plurality.

She had more votes than any other candidate.
Stein and Johnson took about 4-5%. She didn't get 50% of popular vote though if that's what you're asking.
