It's a shame, maybe Sheriff Joe cold have stopped the billions of dollars in damage, thousands of homes destroyed and the lives lost from the Narco cartels burning down the nation, they probably came though the Arizona border.

This is higher up than this stupid arse judge

A presidential pardon wipes a conviction completely clean. It is an absolute power.

So good luck with this passed this stupid arse judge.

Wrong. One of the requirements of a pardon is admission of guilt

Nonsense. Did Nixon admit to any guilt before Ford pardoned him? Among thousands of other pardons that didn't include an admission of guilt.

I haven't read the order, but it strikes me as odd. The pardon mooted the case, which usually leads to vacatur. I'm not up on pardon ramifications though

Takes a while for that Turbo-Lax administered on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 to works its way through the system. You know how that works. Eventually we'll "enema" that judge right out.

Sheriff Joe Arpaio = America's Sheriff.

From the order

"it does not erase a judgment of conviction, or its underlying
legal and factual findings. United States v. Crowell, 374 F.3d 790, 794 (9th Cir. 2004);
see also In re North, 62 F.3d 1434, 1437 (D.C. Cir. 1994) (noting that “a pardon does not
blot out guilt or expunge a judgment of conviction”).1
Indeed, a pardon “carries animputation of guilt; acceptance a confession of it.” Burdick, 236 U.S. at 94"
