This is further explanation of the stalling tactics. I bet they have already destroyed a lot of the fake ballots, imho, and they want some type of legal cover.
Georgia still hasn't turned its ballots over for inspection. I don't know if we have the same ridiculous corruption cover up laws.

Don’t think they want to do this. All you’d have to do is ask for a recount after the ballots have been destroyed and you’ve lost in a major way.
