yeah, I think every witness would prefer not to be under oath when testifying, so they can lie.
It is pretty swampy to let them testify under oath.

As an aside, does Kushner not look evil as frick to anyone else? Pale, sunken black eyes, gaunt features. He reminds me of Marilyn Manson.

He should say that the Russians tried to give him dirt on Hillary. They said that she was a lesbian and a crook, that Chesea is Hubbell's daughter, that she ignored warnings about Libya, that she took money from the Kremlin for the uranium deal, that she started ISIS, that she has explosive bowel syndrome, and more. We told then that we didn't want to hear those negative comments and didn't use it the campaign because we knew we could beat her without it.
