What's really sad is that you probably really believe this. Pathetic.

I'm sorry you aren't enlightened enough to see the reasoning behind it.

1. Yes
2. HELL YES!
3. Not no but "awwww hellllll no!"

The reason the Justices need lifetime appointments is to keep them shielded from as much political pressure as possible. The last damned thing we need is for those deciding the legality of various issues to be worried about keeping their jobs if they don't vote the way that makes happy whichever party happens to be in power at the moment.

The first thing that needs to be done is to rewite tge constitution, as the framers intended, in modern english where all these liberal judges can't make up law as they go.

The judicial branch has become a joke, filled with anti American radicals.

the judicial branch was never given the power they usurped.

and concretely define well regulated militia so we know you can legally own guns and who can't.

In addition, make marriage equality across all states.

Agree with this. I'm also leaning towards national elections for Supreme Court Justices. These people interpret or interpolate the Constitution depending your perspective and therefore those positions seem much too important to be appointed by partisan Presidents.

One of the reasons people came to this country was the ability to own land. Removing this leaves only government-owned land and that model has yet to work out well.

There are enough "red" states to get it done if they unite.

Are there 38 red states? Because that's how many have to ratify any amendment.

Go back to your bunker.

Mark Levin has had this right for a while. People need to stop saying it can't be done and get their asses to work.

4. only tax payers can vote.(tongue in cheek)

Real #4 - Separation of business and state. We have got to stop the revolving door between Goldman Sachs/treasury, Halliburton/DOD, Biden's son/pipeline company in Ukraine.

1) repeal 17th amendment and require that senators be appointed by the governor and approved by the state legislature ONLY (no popular vote)

2) revise the 10th amendment to include the word "expressly" and also add a clause that states the 14th Amendment does not supercede the 10th Amendment.

3) raise the voting age to 21 in all federal elections

frick no. The SCOTUS has it flaws but having lifetime justices keeps pieces of shat politicans from constantly freaking us. Now all other federal judges should have a ten year term. Then they should have to be reappointed and reconfirmed.

4. Remove the Justice department from the executive branch
