Repeal ACA and start working on tax reform. Im tired of the uniparty holding the people hostage with this terrible legistlation. Its frustrating that we are governed by damn lobbyists

Repeal ACA

Unfortunately we have a bunch of Repulicucks that speak of repeal in words only and not action. Mitch has got to put this to a vote and get them officially on record.

This is the only answer. I do not want to wait around for it to implode just so republicans can point the finger at the other guys.

repealing the ACA would all but ensure democratic takeover in 2020, if not the midterms

Is that even possible at this point with the number of votes needed? Healthcare has turned into a nightmare politically and just wiping clean by repealing could lose seats

The bill has already been written. Change the date and let her rip!!!

quote:

U.S. Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Huntsville, introduced the bill Friday.
'Obamacare Repeal Act,'

And the bill uses just one sentence to do it.

"Effective as of [insert new date], the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted," the bill states.

That idea is already dead for lack of support.

There are just not enough votes to do what needs to be done.

There will be no repeal of Obamacare sponsored by the UniParty. Period.

The UniParty is devoted to wrecking the Trump Presidency and stopping the Trump agenda. Period.

The larger majority of today's Republican Party are members of the UniParty. Period.

Coming from the guy that said this on November 8th:

quote:

Your party put literally the only candidate of the election less electable than her on their ticket

And this on October 21:
quote:

PT is going to be hilarious on November 9

You will have to forgive me if I don't give your prediction much weight.

Why bother? Just let it die.

That would just be a desperation move aimed at claiming some "victory". It's not going to happen.

It's what they should have been pushing for from the beginning. I cringed whenever Romney first trotted out that "repeal & replace" bullshite.

No, we don't want to replace it we just want to repeal it!
