It is downright rude and selfish to protest at an airport

It disrupts transportation and makes airports even harder to monitor for security purposes. It could potentially screw up people's plans whether it be business or personal plans.

Just like the women who protested and left trash all over the place- no cognizance of others who may be negatively impacted by your selfishness.

You put people at a disadvantage to appear "cool" and "I'm like the 60s people!" and to put photos on your facebook feed.

1. Isn't the point of protesting to disrupt to some degree?

2. Trump's EO did enough damage on its own

that's more mythology than reality

it's just been said so many times that it's accepted as fact, now

How about screwing up airline personnel who now have to deal with getting people on return flights, when if they had just been given a fricking heads up, the people in question never would have been allowed to board their flights?

As contemplated under the First Amendment, I've always thought it was to try to persuade others toward your views. I don't really see how or where "disruption" is supposed to come into play in that regard.

That's where the issue lied. Should they have been at Amtrak stations?

Are you truly upset or trying to gain back your favor here? You had a dismal down vote week...

Aren't these same people supposed to be for the 'common person'? Why wouldn't they protest in DC country clubs or other elite venues? Oh, that's right, their puppet masters can't be bothered.

Protestors dumping tea into Boston Harbor, civil rights protestors refusing to get up on busses and doing sit ins. Yes disruption comes into play sometimes when protesting.

Well, the sit in folks KNEW they were breaking the law (as on the books at that time) and were prepared to go to jail for it -- it was sort of the point of their protest. If you're suggesting people "protesting" (disrupting?) airports are of the same mindset, let's haul em all in.

The protests should be removed from the airports property. Everybody thinks its a shite show now, imagine some nut job blowing himself up in the middle of the protest crowd in front of a major airport terminal.

It would not supprise me if this were to happen. You don't the security protocol out side the airport like you do when you walk through the doors.

Those frickers don't care. That's what they do. They think by disrupting people's everyday life they are bringing attention to a cause. Instead they are just making people hate them even more
