Absolutely, there are so many more considerations that are the same for both positions than are different.
You'd think if Kavanaugh has such a reckless disregard to women's bodies and women's health (because he might want to overturn Roe v Wade) that same shortsight could cause some very bad decisions in a Circuit Court position. Why would Obama vote to approve of a Circuit Court judge who has such an extreme prejudice to women's health issues?
