Not sure what the issue is with the site provided in the OP, but here is another link to the video;

It never shows any of the wounds inflicted upon the civilian. Never. You hear gunfire and the camera turns away. Then he is laying on the ground, gunfire, camera turns away. Then again. No injuries are visible.
However, I cannot help but be moved when I see the destruction of the area. Devastating. Sad.

I don't know if this particular "civilian" is "innocent" or if he was even "shot". I am not qualified to make those determinations in this scenario. If the "shooting" was investigated and it could be proven the supposed victim was an innocent, then I would support the soldier being punished appropriately for his actions.
As for trackfan pointing out that Israeli soldiers in similar circumstances have not been adequately punished, I have not yet looked at any links he may have provided and am not fully aware of the details of those cases. If the soldiers truly did kill a proven innocent in cold blood with no provocation, then I would agree that being let off with a slap on the wrist would be a travesty of justice.

I'm aware of the laws set in place to maintain the Jewish state. To compare that to Hamas's regime or sharia law is so beyond the pale. Extremely disingenuous and you know it.
