backtrack is probably the wrong word, allow me to rephrase

further clarified your position only after your moral objections were being ripped to shreds

Is there anyone on this board who justifies Kim Jong Un's murders?

I'll try... His Uncle should not have cheated on his wife. Especially since Uncle's wife held a high position in the Communist Party. How's that?

My moral objections are the same as they were then. You simply made up lies about me being anti-semitic and in favor of Hamas killing Israelis.

yes with the added caveat of the PoliBoard opinion, but that doesn't even hold water because there are numerous threads on the board right now that have a decidedly low view of Israeli actions.

No, rights as logically constructed by acting beings due to conditions of scarcity and their ability to acquire property.

So... right of conquest? If you aren't codifying your right via some mutually agreed-upon law then everyone has a different belief in what their "right" is. Thus this puts someone thinking peaceably ("My family has lived and farmed here for hundreds of years") in direct contrast to someone else who has a different view ("If I see it, I own it").

In any "ethno-nationalist" society, it would only be "logical" to want to keep as much land within your "ethno-nationality" as possible, right? So then who would you support:

A. An "ethno-nationalistic" society that allows anyone from any ethnicity to own property

B. An "ethno-nationalistic" society that has made it a crime punishable by death to sell to anyone not of the desired ethnicity

I await your answer while munching tasty popcorn

No, universally applicable, logically consistent rights. A right is simply the privileges granted by the state of ownership which is are full control of use and exertion up until the point that it conflicts with another's property rights.

These rights exist regardless of the violation of said rights.
