Is Trump going to cut off the federal funding of abortions soon?

It's been the first act every time the party in control changes.
Reagan signed it. Then Clinton ended it. Then W reversed that. Then Obama removed it again to fund abortions.
This has been a political game for the last 25 years but if Trump does the same thing every president before him's done the media will act like this unprecedented act violates every fiber of their every being.

What reason do taxpayers have to pay for places like that?

What he is showing is that he is racist. He doesn't think these people and their offspring are valuable. He doesn't think they can ever take care of themselves.
Furthermore he supports policies to designed to keep them in perpetual dependence.
