You're kinda talking to a brick wall here.

Here's whats going on with people defending TD over DU (even though i think DU is more extreme)

lets say on a scale of 1-10 someone is a 7 liberal, and another person is a 7 conservative.

The 1-2 level liberals will acknowledge the 7 level liberal as left, but not nearly as extreme as the level 7 conservative is right. Simply due to the fact that they probably agree on small levels to really basic liberal ideas, whereas 7 to the right almost seems like a 9 due to the fact he is already a little left.

Precisely what is going on here. The 'soft conservatives' on TD can't really see how crazy some of the extreme posters actually are unless theyre blatant about something stupid. So while someone like toddy might honestly be a 5-6 leftist, the board will see him as a 9-10. And someone who's probably a 8-9 con, is viewed around here as a 4-5.

This would line up perfectly because a straight neutral 0 person looks liberal on here and would look conservative on DU.

You have to have the ability to see things objectively though, a trait very few have.

At this point, he's just saying it because he knows it's stupid and annoying.

Conservatives aren't the delusional ones. We are the ones that see that the government screws up everything, while the liberals want to give them more control.

How is DS still posting if you get banned for being a liberal? He/she/it disproves the point with every post.
