The media, deep state, and the left have shown all their cards. I will always be a patriotic liberty loving mofo. The relentless attack on traditional views is disheartening. All the extreme factions will push the majority of Americans to vote on the core principles of our nation. A few are God, guns, family, and jobs. These losers are actually hurting their causes. They think all these protest are working because the media is on their side but most normal people keep to themselves. You motherfrickers are starting something that you will not like how it ends. Don't frick with my flag.

This is total deepstate. Need something to distract people with so that they aren't rallying around pressuring Congress into passing Our Presidents agenda. Plus they are trying to tie him to the discord, that's why you are seeing the coordinated CEO's stepping down.

Progressives and regressives will always be fomenting the next riot.

Unfortunately, our society is becoming more splintered and antagonistic. And the fringe on our national jacket gets longer and longer.

Totally agree; a few years ago you would call me insane to believe our on CIA, NSA and fed govt would act to weaken this country. When there are trillions at stake dont trust anyone.

I think the CIA/NSA Golden Nugget shite is poorly reasoned.

The CIA/NSA are bastions of institutionalized power. They're not merely the tools of elected officials, as Trump loyalists should know by now (as indicated by their alleged rebellion).

Why would the status quo, the establishment, seek to engage in deconstructionist activities that threaten their base of power?

Answer: They wouldn't.

How does this threaten their base of power?

Seeding chaos and distrust of institutions is probably the gravest threats to those institutions.

If we had a military like Turkey, or an intelligence apparatus more akin to Pakistan, I might buy the idea that they wanted a revolution to crush in order to gain more control over government.

But that just wouldn't be accomplished by what's happening here (nor do we have institutions in any level of lockstep that could pull that off).
