I think he was making a point about the intolerance on unpopular opinions.

While the actual Gov'ts have more restricted laws, the people tend to be more civil towards each other regarding different views.

Here they are intolerant ranting fascists.

That's what I took from it. I wish Tucker had shut up more and let him talk. The problem with the interview flow was:

a. Tucker asks question.
b. Milo answers and appears to stop.
c. Tucker starts to ask 2nd question just as Milo has after thought and expands on 1st answer.
At that point Tucker should have been quiet until the afterthought was finished.
